Mind and Body Wellness provides psychological evaluations for immigration cases, including Hardship Waivers, U-Visa, T-Visa, and VAWA. Our evaluations supply the mental health documentation needed for immigration proceedings and are tailored to the requirements of your case.

We recognize that the immigration process can be stressful. Each evaluation is conducted with compassion and respect, using a comprehensive interview and standardized mental health assessment. Reports are culturally sensitive, meet USCIS standards, and are prepared in collaboration with your attorney to ensure they accurately reflect your experiences.

Standard completion time is 10–14 business days, with rush services available in 3–5 business days for an additional fee.
