With over 12 years of experience in the field of mental health and addiction, Jennie brings a deep commitment to helping individuals rediscover their inner peace and personal strength. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience emotional well being and happiness, and she strives to provide a warm, compassionate environment where clients feel safe to be themselves.
Her approach is eclectic and client centered, drawing from a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, co-occurring disorder treatment, reality therapy, and mindfulness based strategies. She has a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, working closely with each person to determine the methods and techniques that best support their growth.
She has extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, substance use, codependency, low self esteem, anger management, and emotional regulation. Her work also includes support for families and those struggling with motivational issues. Jennie is passionate about restoring people to their ideal selves and guiding them toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Outside of the therapy room, she finds joy in watching her son play sports, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, playing softball and volleyball, and spending time outdoors.
